Commit a project opencode.json: in a shared repo

Tip: Share team defaults

Put model, MCP, and permission defaults in the repo. Commit the setting so every clone matches.

Gotcha: User config silently winning (in a shared repo)

Know the merge order before you debug it-works-on-my-machine. A laptop-only tweak will look like a model regression on CI.
