Commit a project opencode.json: with a live SQLite db

Tip: Share team defaults

Put model, MCP, and permission defaults in the repo. Point tools at a copy or a read-only replica, not data/blog.db.

Gotcha: User config silently winning (with a live sqlite db)

Know the merge order before you debug it-works-on-my-machine. An agent 'cleaning up' the live file can drop hundreds of posts.
