Tip: latest is not a contract

Set an explicit model so a provider alias cannot rewrite the team overnight. Commit the setting so every clone matches.

Gotcha: Leaving model unset (in a shared repo)

Each developer then hits a different default and reviews become model-vs-model. A laptop-only tweak will look like a model regression on CI.
